Georgia Medical Group

Georgia Medical Group is a 10,000 square foot, wood framed medical office building that was constructed in 2007.  We worked with the owners and the architect as the general contractor, assisting them throughout the project with design, material, and finish selections.   The exterior walls were constructed as panels in our shop, transported to the site, then set into place with the use of a crane. In addition, we constructed the four eyebrow dormers in our shop using a template which was created on our in-house CAD system.  The low maintenance exterior of the building is finished with aluminum clad windows & doors, cultured stone,and EIFS.  The two property owners occupy the medical office suites on each end; both of which include second-floor mezzanine spaces.  The center of the building is leased to Northwestern Medical Center.
