Kingwood Health Center

     The renovation of this Gifford Medical Center facility required us to complete all of our work within an aggressive 12-week schedule.  In addition to the tight time frame, the medical practices on the second floor of the building remained in use throughout the construction period.
     We completely renovated the interior of the lower level and we improved the structural integrity of the building so that it would meet current code requirements.
     Outside, we installed new insulation and wall sheathing, replaced the exterior siding and trim, and installed all new windows throughout the building.  We also furnished and installed a new roofing system, which included new gable roof trusses and entry roofs at the upper and lower levels.
     This renovation, including architectural, structural, and energy efficient improvements, will provide the owners with an improved facility for their Physical Therapy and Balance Clinic.
